Good stuff, highly recommend Blanco seasoning from Meat Church.  Salt, pepper, butter.... SPB may now be a thing....

They were.   :)  Coated in corn starch and Killer Hogs Hot BBQ rub, then cooked up with a chunk of Hickory, and finally tossed in a mixture of melted butter and Texas Pete's Original Hot Sauce.

Grilled take on a recipe my mom did in the oven.  Pork chops and rice.   It's just instant rice with Consommé soup instead of water.   Very savory.   Broccoli for vege.  Used the Dutch oven lid to cook the rice.   Reverse seared the chops.
