Found a small butt/shoulder, pretty sure the Weber could handle it in a short time. 2 baskets of Kingsford kept it at 300' like the dial on Mama's oven. Added more after 2hr/45min. same thing. Little over 4hrs it was 205'. She was IM-pressed, said it was the best she had. Only used Meat Church's Holy Cow on it.
