Update:  Number 8 has arrived!

After reading (edit) @Mike in Roseville s post about things being slow for the WKC forums  and I agree with him, I must admit I am guilty of being one of the members here that "lurk" but never really participate as much as I should.

I apologize for that because I really appreciate what it takes to rescue, restore (maybe....I have more dirty grills than clean ones!) and respect the one thing we all gather here to enjoy.

With that being said, I promise to be a more active member, and hope to get the other lurkers like me to take the time to participate more for the better of the community.

I'll start out by posting my 3+ year project of trying to amass all of the original Gen 1 MasterTouches.

Here is the order and how I acquired them.

Blue EZ  code. Found on Green Bay WI CL add in 2015.
Red Fade EI code. Found on Madison WI  CL add 2016.
Green EE code. Found on local CL add in 2016.

So I'm thinking I found 3 in about a year shouldn't be too hard to find at least a few more. Seems the MT's were harder to come by than I realized.

Gray EZ code. Northern WI CL add 2017.
Tyler @tb6844.  I notify Tyler of a gray MT in Rhinelander WI. He grabs it uses it for a year and then sells it to me in 2018. Thanks Tyler...it's time we meet  again for some more grill dealings

Burgundy EO code.  2018 Mike @brewtownbeatdown. I contact Mike about selling his burgundy MT. He mentions the same guy that sold him his burgundy MT may have another one.   He did!

Red O code. 2018. Racine WI CL add. Brewtown to the rescue again. This is more than likely a OTPlus, but fits in just fine.
I think Mike could build a better MT collection in half the time it took me. He was ruthless in trying to help me find grills.
Mike also delivered both grills to me at the Chicago meet up.
Thanks for all your help Mike.

Black EZ code.  2018.- Trade with Brian @zavod44.  It's always a pleasure meeting up with you and exchanging stories......and grills!
Thanks Brian.

I'm still searching for a Coppermist MT, so if anyone has a spare one to get rid of please let me know.

Dennis

Nice collection and really cool photo. They look like Vikings with their shields up repelling an arrow deluge.

Thanks Jim, but please do not bring up the word "Vikings" again. This is Packer country thank you!  lol.

Thanks Travis,
It was quite an undertaking. I'm glad I only had to carry them all about 30 yards. It's nice when your property abuts farm land. 🏻
