Hi all,
I've been voluntold I'm cooking wood fired pizzas over the weekend (not that I'm complaining but I would have liked a practice cook first), and I was wondering which would be the best option to cook on with the cookers I have.
My options are:
22 Kettle
18 Kettle
18 WSM
I was thinking of going the WSM without the water pan cooking at around 500f on the upper grill. I have the Weber pizza stone with the steel tray.
Suggestions appreciated.
