I just put together my brand new performer deluxe 22.5 grill!! I'm pumped to get cooking on it and am debating what I should cook first. I previously had a cheapo gas grill, but upgraded to a true grown up grill!!
So... I have some chicken breast, flank steak, and ribs (those are going on the wsm). My wife is pumped for some salmon, but I am debating whether that should go on the wsm too. Thoughts?? Recipies? Tips??
