Hey everyone, I’ve lurked for a while, created an account a little bit ago and while I was cooking up some chicken wings tonight I thought I’d make my first post.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne, cooked indirect at around 325-350 for 1 hour, with some hickory chunks.
Sauced most of them with a ghost pepper mango bbq sauce with 10 minutes left, a few I left bare to be tossed in buffalo sauce. I opened up the vents at this point because I wanted to crisp the skin but didn’t want to sear with a sauce that has a lot of sugar
