The Old Girl Went Back to Work Today
« on: May 11, 2018, 04:49:38 PM »
Picked her up about a month ago off Facebook marketplace (O-code Master Touch). According to the owner, it had only been cooked on a couple of times a very long time ago. Well today she was back in business. What a pleasure to cook on. Both a looker and a cooker, if that’s possible.

I like it but it’s a bit heavy.  It’s really solid as hell. Very thick.  I’m thinking the drip and griddle might be a bit easier but I’ve never seen one in person.

I talked with another member and he said that the d&g warped when he put a hot fire under it. He’s looking into the ballistic griddle now.
That mt is such a classy kettle. Love it man. Very nice.

Thanks for the compliment. Well if that’s the case with the d&g then I guess I’m glad I went with the ballistic. It’s built like a tank and I can’t see it warping under a hot flame.
