Will an SJ lid fit on a 14 WSM?

Wondering if someone can answer a question for me. I just picked up, off eBay, a 14" WSM that is missing the lid. Wondering if the SJ lid fits. Also curious if I can use the bottom of the SJ instead of the WSM bottom. More curious about the lid though.  Basically want to build a mini WSM using a 14 WSM middle section.

An 18 lid is the same size as the top of my wsm middle section so it doesn't fit over or inside. The 18 kettle lid does however, fit over the wsm bowl.

Not sure if the 14 is the same in these regards but probably if I had to guess.

I can measure my Wsm 14 lid when I get off in a coupe hours. Don't have a smoky joe to compare

yea the lid fits , section fits on the bottom of a sj also but seems a bit much for the legs.

I disagree with the lid fitting. I've tried 3 lids, all with the same result.

Hard to tell from the pics, but it's just resting on the lip. Midsection top lip and SJ lid lip are the exact same diameter.
