Left Over Poppers

I had some country style ham and ground turkey in the fridge so I decided to make poppers today. Kind of freaked my wife out because she looked at the turkey balls and thought I was making brains or something. haha

They tasted pretty good. Seasoned the turkey with some rub. The ham poppers still tasted the best.
