The end of an Era...Bah bye Kamado

Well, after 4.5 years of owning a Kamado, if everything goes through I will have sold my Vision.

I will say, the ability to hold temps is an amazing aspect of the kamado cooking but the summit has all but made the vision obsolete.

The only time I really ever used the kamado was for overnights and smoking sessions.

I did a comparison cook on two butts about a month ago and my Summit "smoked" the competition.

How does the end product vary on a kamado style cooker versus a wsm or kettle?  I would consider the summit a kamado so you still have one.
