Long neglected, poor baby.
Sad part was she probably sat unused for years while someone could have been creating wonderful meals with family and friends.

Nice rescue!!

What continues to amaze was that this 100% functional grill which looked that horrible only took about an hour and a half of elbow grease, a couple razor blades, 1/4 a roll of paper towels, a green scrubby sponge, a gallon of water and some dish soap to shine up beautiful, ready to create a beautiful meal.

A good chunk of the appeal of this hobby is the satisfaction seeing the transformation when cleaning them up.

Note to self: don't be so stingy changing out razor blades.

Nice restore/cleanup! Love the blue! Now go get it dirty... :)
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Nice work on a nice kettle!!!  Gotta love when it's a quick, smooth resto/clean-up.

I now know I need to complete my mission. I see one of these everyday, on my route, that just sits outside unused. I've been planning to make a cold call on it for quite awhile. No safe spot to park a semi makes this tough though.  It's right at the intersection of two busy country highways, neither of which has more than a 2' shoulder. Very seldom see anyone home either.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞
