First smoke with Weber Charcoal. Set the snake up then realized I didn't have any wood chunks to add. The snake burned nice, seemed to burn slower than Kingsford,  and I was amazed that I got a smoke ring. Now I am wishing I grabbed more of this when it was on clearance. Cell phone piks, not the best but you can get the idea.

Beautiful! Really nice cook and you're right...not much burned off of that fuse.

I had the same regret by the way when I used the Weber charcoal for 2
cooks this weekend. It's really good stuff.

Damn that's a good looking roast and quite a bit left of that snake.

Looking good! I have not done a kettle roast in a while, thanks.
May The Smoke Be With You!

Looks like you had considerably less ash than with kbb and used very little coal, especially for a chuck roast s&l session.
Chuckle looks very good, man. Nice job.
