I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

I saw that, i guess I'm not really sure what the "ramp" feature is or how useful it would be and what the added benefit of having a food probe would be. I've seen some ATCs have a hold warm function that once the meat is to temp will dial back pit temp but I'm not sure this does it. Without wifi capabilities on the digiQ i would guess I'd still use my maverick to monitor remotely, which would alert me to pit and meat temp. So if the only added benefit to the digiQ is to see what the meat temp is, I'd just stick with the partyQ.

Ramp Mode: When turned on, this mode identifies when your food is coming up to your desired temperature. It then shuts off the fan so your food does not overcook.

I haven't used this feature, so I can't comment on its effectiveness.  But, it does justify the need for the food probe.

I gravitated to the DigiQ when I was competing because that's what I saw most other competitors cooking with WSMs were using.

A couple more that seem on par with the digiQ are the Flame boss and the Smartfire... the Smartfire looks pretty sweet

The more i look into it, the more I'm leaning towards the smartfire.
