Rotis basket
« on: August 04, 2017, 02:54:44 PM »
I'm thinking about getting a basket for the rotis. I did a search here and found some info, but just wanting to see if there are any pointers.
Like where to buy one and pics of some cooks that have been done.

Love mine.
I believe it's an Onlyfire brand..stainless steel from Amazon
Maybe $25...very versatile, but definitely get stainless...easier cleanup.

Not all these pictures are on one of my Webers but should still give you an idea of some of the items I cook in a basket.

This is 2 spatchcocked chickens

Beef Ribs over a pan of veggies on a Weber Performer

Wings on the Weber Jumbo Joe

Wings on a standard Weber kettle

Wings in a pellet cooker

Slab potatoes

I agree that you should definitely get stainless. I ordered the onlyfire from Amazon.
