The new Performer table will fit, but the bolt holes will not line up.  You would have to drill 2 new bolt holes. The Performer frames are longer and the holes are spaced further apart. The tables are the exact same size though. Last I checked, Weber still had some of the grey resin tables in stock for the Platinum models. They no longer have the Performer resin tables.

i was thinking dropping it in a gen 2 I have one, but I kinda like the look of this for awhile at least I saw a cool picture of a precious thread check it out
