Weber customer service is amazing!

So when I ordered a few replacement parts for my SSP restoration project, the rep was very helpful. I mentioned that my roti shaft for my kettle roti had corrosion on the end. Bam! She tells me she'll send out a new one, no charge. Then as I'm asking her about stainless steel grates, she mentioned that the plated steel ones are warranted for 2 years, I told her the reason I was interested in SS grates was because mine started to rust after one season. Bam! Four replacement hinged grates sent no charge!

They are amazing, and they are not some call center in India or the Philippines. The people I've always dealt with at Weber have always been awesome! A shout out to Mary, Betty, and Jenny at Weber!

Last summer I lost the start button off a Weber portable gasser some where at the beach.  Weber had the replacement in a box and at my door at no charge by high noon on Friday.  Never missed a weekend. Can't say enough how good their customer service is.

Agreed , I picked up a iGrill mini not long ago and it has never worked quite right . Talked to the guy on the phone for a few minutes . Took a couple pictures . And a new one is on its way .

Had a great experience with Weber as well, my original WSM cover lasted 1 year and was cracked all over. I opened it one time after a good rain and had 4 inches of water in the bottom. The new cover came in 2 days and the newer covers are way better then the old ones.

Indeed.  I recently purchased a Performer Deluxe, but found that the front panel and parts for the propane ignition were missing.  They express shipped everything to me, and also sent me a Weber BBQ Mitt as an extra apology for the screwup.  On top of that, they were incredibly friendly on the phone, and checked through everything to make sure I had each part before we finished talking.
