Just found the yellow grill
74-75' more pics to come. time to drive home
$25 with charcoal and chimney starter.
original one time owner.
He had said no one in the family wanted it because it was YELLOW. If I didn't show up it was going to be scrape he said. Wow!

First off, congrats on the yellow score!!!  As far as straightening the handle, I've only had one instance where I needed to straighten a badly bend handle like yours & this worked quite well. You'll need two 2"-3" chunks of thicker steel and a c-clamp. Put a piece of steel on top & under handle.  Put the c-clamp on & start tightening.  Should do the trick.
