Made some chicken thighs indirect on the kettle basted with leftover cherry sauce from yesterday's pork chops. Also made stuffed tomatoes filled with onion, mushrooms and leftover Mediterranean cous cous, a little grated parm and a dash of hot red pepper. Came out really good. Dinner included some leftover mashed cauliflower and some fresh sautéed garlicky spinach. My guys were happy campers tonight.
