I was trying to get the timing, temp, etc down pat and I think I got it. Took  a couple of tries but they were really good.

Grate job! Crust looks crispy. Pizza is fun to play around with all the variables to try and get the perfect pizza. All these pizza cooks remind me I have got to make some pizza.

Believe it or not, I am using the charcoal basket flipped upside down. Works perfectly.

Thanks everyone. Does anyone use stones found at a hardware store? I want to make a large pizza (like 26er size) and was wondering if I can get some stones that big that can handle the heat.
