Love doing smash burgers on a griddle on the Weber. This badboy tasted as good as it looks. It starts with 1/2lb 80/20 angus, seasoned up with Webers Gourmet burger seasoning. 2 slices each of smoked brisket, corned beef brisket, thickcut applewood bacon and Colby cheese. I added 2 types of onions as well, raw slice on the bottom and carmalized on top. Lil plochmans yellow mustard tops off this beefy delight.
