Bringing this back up to the top..... Does anyone find these anymore?  I've not seen any surface in quite some time.  Would also be fun to see some of these in use.

I see Woodard furniture at estate sales occasionally but no Weber Woodard carts.

The Woodard cart I restored and painted a Cabernet color.  The table and chairs are from the 1978 Arnold Palmer Collection of Woodard outdoor furniture.
