I have an Ivory. Have not and will not cook on it. It is covered and stored in a shed. Wanted to keep it in the bed room, but the Boss won't let me.

Lol!  Mine is a looker for now in the basement but will get cooked on down the road. I just have too many other unused kettles I want to enjoy using first. IMO, if we don't use it, we are basically saving it for someone in the future who will eventually get it off of us and have fun using them. I want to be the one having fun cooking on my kettles.  ;D

I agree completely...it's pretty but they need to be cooked on!

Cooked on mine a good half dozen times.  Love getting it dirty.

Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

I read somewhere that Weber did a pretty thorough test to make sure they would not stain. Glad to see they are working out.  I just need to get mine out and use it.

I'd rather have a dirty kettle with some stories behind it then a pristine one just my opinion...

IDK, it would be really hard for me to cook on an ivory.

Definitely one of my favorite color kettles. I've admired it for a long time, finally broke down and ordered one from Canadia. I'll be cooking on it soon, just have to decide what meal will break it in!

Congrats on the kettle bro. Those are sharp. I vote for a surf and turf cook on that fancy kettle.

Surf and turf sounds like a great idea!
