OK, I finally got around to breaking out the Plancha. The cast insert is heavy and the metal disk is a thicker gauge than I expected. Off to a good start already!! Measures 18" but fits perfectly in a 22" Gourmet Grate.
One chimney of charcoal and 15 minutes to heat up and we were ready to go!!
Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp Fajitas for today's lunch.
Works like a charm!  Next time I will use an 18" kettle because I lost some peppers and onions that fell off the side.
First up- veggies

Add chicken

Add Filet Mignon

Add Argentine Pink Shrimp

All done

Can't decide on one so I'll just have all three!!
IMO, this was $20 well spent! Thanks again for the tip!!
