@Neil_VT00 I had another Red (P) Lid. The Fade on the lid that came with the kettle seems the be irreversible.

Wow.  One hell of a job.  You're making me considering tearing mine down to clean it get it looking like yours.  Did you repaint the frame or did it just clean up that good?  If you repainted, what did you use?

I got some white end plugs you mentioned to try out and noticed the rack or the shelving has 3 tabs on each side vs 2 on yours. Is mine newer version to support more weight   MIne is 1991 N-code.  I did not noticed this before.

Mines a P code which makes it 1993. I only have 2 on my 93 and my 99.
