Got to work today with ALOT to do. ALOT to coordinate, I was getting ready to head south with a load of preserves and finalizing some details with a coworker when she says "OH, we saw a yellow weber and veronica (her daughter) thought of you." I asked where? she says in cayucos (where she lives) at an antique store. I ask her WHICH ONE WOMAN?! She cant remember, I get on my phone and call the one she "thinks" it might be, lady answers, I ask if she has a yellow bbq there, "Yes", I start grilling her, How big? Look at the top vent, is there any letters? HOW MUCH? she say $89, I skip to saying HOLD ONTO IT, I'LL BE THERE IN AN HOUR!!!...it was on my way to my delivery. I tell my coworker she just made my day! I get there to pick it up, IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL sitting there, it is missing its ash pan, which I will be looking for one if anybody has one. I walk inside and the lady says, "are you darin?", Yep, i'm here for the kettle. She said great and that some one has paid for part of it, WHAT? Come to find out my coworker who told me about it called ahead and paid $45 towards it, she said it was for Christmas. I love her!!..lol Anyway, here it is!!
