Love the time I get to spend with the family but I am looking forward to hopefully getting some BBQ goodies lol.  I cooked my first true low and slow for Thanksgiving and that was a 12 lb Pork Shoulder on my 22 OTS.  My family absolutely loved it and my Dad wants to buy me a 18 WSM now lol.  Would love to pick up

I have an awesome place that is owned by some of my wife's family for Pork ( Nahunta Pork Center ) but would love to find a good butcher for my other meat somewhere close to me in NC.
