1st smoked turkey on the WSM. Used Cherry wood. On for about three hours.

Ok. Here's the info. 15 pound bird. Minion method in the WSM. Tried to keep the cooker temp at about 275 to 300. I did use water in the water pan.  This was my test run for Thanksgiving. I plan to do one on the WSM and one on the kettle.
