Ok. Here's the info. 15 pound bird. Minion method in the WSM. Tried to keep the cooker temp at about 275 to 300. I did use water in the water pan.  This was my test run for Thanksgiving. I plan to do one on the WSM and one on the kettle.

I like the sound of that. A head to head competition between the kettle and wsm. That will be cool. Let us know which the guests and yourself prefer.
