Got to do two of these yesterday! Met with @haeffb in the morning and @BMitch  in the evening.

Got a blue mt for BMitch and in return he traded a red mbh. All while working graveyard shift and trying to take care of my m-I-l who just had foot surgery and is with us for a while. She really likes the color of the red.

I'm thinking of trying an all out restoration of this one after being inspired by @Cellar2ful restore of his red. This sucker is in beautiful shape already.

Glad to meet ya Brandon, and can't wait to see your new blue mt in action! Thanks again!

Here's a few pics. Have a great weekend fella's!

Along with the black I got yesterday from Haeffb

And now with the whole family. Starting to look good back here, boys!

Do you have any info on that black kettle. I picked up a similar one yesterday. Does the wood handle the lid go with the bowl?

Yep, looks like you have a late 70's mbh there. The dual tabs bottom vents, plastic wheels (the holes are where the "Weber" piece was. Your wooden handle should be double riveted. I'm just going by the guides provided. I'm learning it all and new here myself.

Check here if you haven't already.

That collection is really taking shape. You can still see the patio, so Weberitis hasn't taken full effect yet. YET!!!
Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

I was wondering about that myself. I found a picture of one on an 80's pic in our age guide.
