Earlier in the week I come across a garage sale that lists a Weber Charcoal Grill so I start digging through the pics and find this:
Garage sale was supposed to be this weekend and I will not be able to make it so I reach out to the seller and ask if we could meet before the weekend. I'm thinking, I don't really need a copper mist, but it's got a kabob ring (only 4 skewers) so why not give it a whirl. Long story short, today I meet up with the seller and come home with The Chief! I couldn't believe when he opened the garage and I saw a 26 that was complete and in great shape.
I have no idea what the back story is. The seller was getting rid of it for someone else. Looks like its from somewhere in the 69-71 time-frame, but maybe some experts can help here. Here are some pics before cleaning.
Not sure what I will do with it long term, but I'm excited to have it for now!
