Parts build. Legs chopped. Vortexing some wings at time of picture. Heat turns the bowl and lid a nice burgundy.

Ok please don't take this as being rude but what's the point of lowerig it?  Unless you built a table to make it useful  I just don't see  the point?

It is now portable. You can tailgate, take it camping, to the beach... It fits in your vehicle without having to take it apart every time.  Plus it's fun!
