Imperial Sequoia?

Can somebody tell me if this is a homemade job?  I haven't seen any pictures of a Sequoia with wooden wheels, and the side handle still on the grill?  Thanks, Tyler

I about bricked when I saw this, earlier today. Then I realized it's homemade. If your local, price isn't bad for a MLH in damn good shape.
