Help IDing Redhead from crappy cellphone pic

A friend sent me this pic of a redhead in town and said they might be able to talk to the people that own it for me.
I don't see anything under the kettle.
I know it's a crappy pic but does anyone have an idea of what vintage it might be?

I believe it would be a late eighties one touch...it has the ash sweeper, but no ash catcher.  Wood handles puts it in the 1980s as well.  Nice!

Looks like a one touch with wood handles. 83 One touch introduced. 83 would be oldest.
