looks good.  I love lamb but it's so damn expensive around here.

I hear ya on the price Capt. They were expensive for getting a couple bites per bone. They definitely won't be on the menu very often, but they are delicious!

Looks good to me!  I just did some last week but didn't get any pics.  I've never done an entire rack, I usually chop them up, marinate them for a bit, then cook on the hot side of the SNS and serve with a yogurt mint sauce.  Nothing better than some grill lamb!
