I have never had a non-Weber cooker. So I guess my stovetop?

One of the first things I learned to cook is chili. It has far evolved and improved, since it started. One of my favorite things to cook. Yet to do it on a grill. Stock pot and the stove is my go to.
Still need a 22" yellow

Drum Smokers occupy some deck space at the Bone Shack. I love cooking on them. I build Clones of Big Drum Smokers, Hunsaker Smokers, Gateway cans and a modified Big Poppas Smoker. 15, 30, 55 and 85 Gallon Drums.

One I don't play with enough is the La Caja China #2

Don't want to forget the Big Green Eggs and Backwoods Gater

Gotta visit the Dark Side as well

Quite the collection ... that pellet 22/WSM is at least 3 kinds of mods all by itself. My fav.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I only have webers and a uds. I love both, but only cook on the uds a few times a year for bigger parties.

There are a lot that I use, like my Blackstone Griddle, Cookshack PG500 pellet smoker, Big Easy Oil-less Fryer and my Akorn, but the favorite thing to cook on excluding the kettles would have to be "Eleanor", my Shirley Fabrication offset smoker.

There are some amazing cookers in here. I love the SF, @AZRaptor. They would be near the top of my list for a custom build.

Thanks Gummi. I absolutely love this thing. Being a stick burner it obviously takes more constant monitoring and fueling, but that's actually what I like about it. When I fire Eleanor up on a weekend morning I grab myself a cup o joe and a nice cigar and settle in for some quality relaxation time. :)
