A Sunday Butt
« on: February 28, 2016, 05:18:30 AM »
So I saw it was going to be nice out today and I decided to come out of hibernation in style. I went to a new-to-me butcher shop and got a 5lb pork butt, boneless (apparently it's the only way they sell them). They offered to tie it up, since I told them I would be smoking it, I assume it's ok to leave the twine on for the cook?  About 7:50 this morning, meat hit the grill.

Yes leave the twine on.

Careful with the heat...I see you got her choked down quite a bit.
