So I saw it was going to be nice out today and I decided to come out of hibernation in style. I went to a new-to-me butcher shop and got a 5lb pork butt, boneless (apparently it's the only way they sell them). They offered to tie it up, since I told them I would be smoking it, I assume it's ok to leave the twine on for the cook? About 7:50 this morning, meat hit the grill.

Yeah I had opened it up a bit too long too start and it shot up to 270 and I turned em almost closed me it's been hiding around 240ish so I'm living with that.
