That table does look very nice.  I keep thinking about building a big BBQ Table.  I have some corrugated metal I could use as the surround to make it look rustic like some of the things I used to see in central Texas.

Of course, tt is way cheaper to just buy another Performer off of CL. You might even get a free propane starter with the Performer and a Stainless table which won't rot.
