My New Canadian Mastertouch
« on: January 30, 2016, 03:24:25 PM »
Okay, I've posted plenty about this in another section, the online finds section. Here are some photos of my new slate Mastertouch from Canada. There have been plenty of reviews of the new Mastertouches so I won't bother with that. But let me say, I love the extra height, the new style wheels, gourmet grate system, warming rack, etc. This is my first brand new kettle and I'm pretty pumped to have it. Here it with the family. The others are filthy but you can get an idea of its color in sunlight and next to the C & B Performer, uline Smokey Joe, and my brownie. The brownie is going to be finding a new home soon too. I'm not a collector of lookers, just cookers. But I want my cookers to look at good as possible! The slate looks amazing with two Zavod walnut handles I got from @MrHoss in this years Secret Santa exchange. I've got one more that will be going on the Performer too.

Here she is getting broken in.

 8) Looks so classy, especially with the handle upgrades. That just sends it over the top!

I'm literally going to have to drive myself up to Montreal (a good excuse for a visit) to get one.  It is beyond comprehension why Weber does not offer these in the US.

oh and congrats!  *jealous*

Mark took a risk by buying from a Canadien dealer no one knew. U.S. dealers treat these as persona non grata.

The Grass Green Performer and Uline SJ look very similar in color.
