Autocad Mods for Weber kettles

Anyone has links to autocad drawings for kettle mods?

It would be nice if you could share them.

Thanks and happy grilling.

As a roadway design engineer I can appreciate the usefulness and necessity of CAD. On the other hand, I also appreciate the simplicity of the kettle. For me, this is too much mixing business and pleasure.

What type of mods are you interested in doing?

Well. Anything which could be useful for me or others.
Things like smoker boxes, charcoal trays, vortex chimneys, extension rings, rib holders, veggie baskets, foldable beer can holders, drumstick holders, well just anything.

Oh I see. So more of a schematic for accessories. I was thinking of actual mods to the grill itself; i.e. drilling for probe access, DIY lid hook, etc.

Correct. Nowadays it is getting more and more easy to find some shop with awater or laser cutter.

What I would most like are accessories which are simple and easy to clean and store.

Like the beer can holders. Most of them just take up a lot of space. I'd rather see just two plates which hook into each other. This would give me a steady base and nearly no storage room.

It's not autocad, but here are the sketches I made these pans from.
