The buns I bought to use seemed mold, got tossed to my woods for some lucky vermin.

Heated CI, Coconut oil, Sauteed half an onion diced w/ fresh sliced portobello in a cheap packet of brown gravy :

I'm loving the focus heat the Slow n' Sear gives, rest of that onion follows:

Then came 1/3lb of freshly ground chuck, cut & barely pressed together to over fit bread slices.

Building the beast

Now a Praying Mantis flew into door behind me. I thought it to be a bat @ first, was huge. I unfolded napkin & grabbed it to toss back out, but it was clawing/preying on my finger as I made it out... Creepy bugger.

I burn both ends of candle here (note headlamp, while grilling is a must now already dark @ 8:30!?)

A bit done for my liking (blame P. Mantis) but still perfect juicy beef swiss shroom & onion goodness

No Bueno, I tried IE, Firefox & taptalk, I don't know if a temporary "google photos" server issue or if they make my images private as some sort of "upgrade/enhancement"
I'll have to look into this shortly.

I will re-upload  to the pics.wkc option, my old links appear valid & I'll just progress from here.

Mike, It seems like you've linked to the image page or some kind of splash page instead of the picture itself. Your embedded link doesn't have an image (.jpg/.bmp/etc.) extension.

Understand the lack of extension, I've been exploiting it, how I resize on the fly = change the 666 in this pic's location)

Now 333

Google massively changed linking/sharing within the photo app (just not retroactive)

& thanks again for helping me catch this @pbe gummi bear

(I don't want to tax WKC server w/ my uploads)

Good job, Mike. I've talked to @Troy about this in the past and he's willing to host pics of a reasonable size for use on the site. The logic behind this is that server storage and bandwidth is affordable and uploading it to the WKC server gives the picutre better stability in the future.

Here is my entry. I stuffed burgers with sautéed jalapeños, onions, bacon and pepper jack cheese. The burgers were just below 16oz each. I seasoned with plain salt and pepper. When cooking burgers I always skip the American singles and go to the deli department at my local super market and have them cut me some extra thick slices of cheese. Thanks for looking.
