So, I was sitting in a meeting this morning looking at CL on my phone. I saw a new post for a Weber with rotisserie for sale. There was only one pic and I couldn't see the color other than the metal handle. It wasn't black. I also saw the twist ash pan sitting inside the kettle. So I texted the seller. He immediately texted back and 30 min later it was in my truck. I figure I paid $40 for the old style rotisserie that also came with a one of those rotisserie squirrel cages, a bag of KBB and 2 brand new containers of smoke chips. Oh, and a cover. And got the kettle for free. The charcoal grate and cooking grate are also in good shape.  At least that's how I'm going to justify it to my wife. ;)

The kettle is solid and in very good condition. I figure it's from the early/mid 70s. What do you think?

Sweet score, the rotisserie alone was worth the money.
Nice job not letting a meeting get in the way of your Craigslisting...I'm guilty of it too😁

That's a great find there. Love the rotisserie cage....and that cooker looks in fine shape.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"
