Updated, clamps and racking installed, awaiting handles and wsm grommet now.
It now has capability for 7 racks, currently only 4 though.

Pretty ingenious to use the hinges as customizable grate holders!

Progress, the tabs are notched out to prevent them slipping out, it also locks the grates in. Also installed the wsm grommet.

Use of the piano hinge  (SS?), inspired! Very creative.

Yeah mate, stainless rivets, hinges, and nuts for spacers. Completely boltless construction too

I got into fabricating a new snake partition and tested it, failed miserably due to heat conduction and lighting the coal through the steel

The new version works particularly well, further testing is continuing but with briquettes I get 17hrs using the outer section. And 20hrs using the full length with mangrove lump
