Afternoon restore project :: Green "O" code Master-Touch

Late yesterday I came across a CL ad for a "Webber" charcoal kettle, and to my pleasant surprise it was a solid looking Green MT!

Here are the before shots:





And here it is after a good cleaning! Handles and wheels were the only items replaced:






Few dings across the very back side of the lid rim but overall real clean. My plan was to trade or sell it but being Irish with the last initial "O" this may have found a new home for awhile 8)

Looks swanky. Don't forget to order a set of rollers for the lid bale. :)
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

The "last initial" matching up like it does may well be a sign that you ought to keep her as a cooker. She certainly looks plenty good as well. I know my MT...a Red one....is a GREAT cooker. It has a heavier lid than present day Kettles...and it being Red helps too.
