Do anyone use the Cajun Bandit Stacker on their Kettle? If so, how does it work for you? Would you recommend it? I'm looking at converting one of my 22" Kettle into a smoker, I already have a 18.5 WSM,  but could use the additional space that the 22" Kettle would provide.  Any information would be appreciated.

I am considering a Stacker for my 18 OTG, I have heard nothing but good things about them.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

I keep meaning to track one down as well. Interested in feedback.

I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

I have one. Absolutely love it. I have an 18" one on it's way as well.

I think I must have every Cajun bandit accessory and absolutely love them. The Red Master-Touch in Troy's link is one of my competition cookers. I use it for Chicken with a R-O-L. I added another grate level in the center section.

If you are looking to add extra space to an 18" or 22" WSM or wanting to get better indirect cooking with a kettle you'll be glad you got a Stacker.

I started a Cajun Bandit Users group on FB if anyone cares to check it out. I have some mods that I've done to some of my cookers that sometimes I feel doesn't fit in here at the WKC,  and there are some Smoke EZ users that have pimped out 26.75" Cajun bandits that might be of interest, and I hope to be testing a Hunsakers Smokers Vortex Firebasket for 18" & 22" WSM's in the near future.
I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

I have one and I love it! So far I've done ribs, chicken, pork butt and corned beef on it.

I've been thinking of making one of my kettles a dedicated smoker but haven't decided which one yet if I do.

Maybe a dumb idea, but could you add a door and make a pizza kettle type thing too?  Very different types of cooking, but dual purpose sleeve would be cool.

All right, that's my next purchase.  Been putting it off too long.

I love the simplicity of it, just a ring with a spot for a grate, but I know it will be something I use OFTEN.

Is the stacker too tall to use as a roti ring?

No, I don't think so, but the stainless steel is a PITA to drill and cut out slots for the motor mount.

I haven't tried yet but an additional 22 grate can be set below above the pizza pan..

Craig

The 18 stacker is super tempting.
