Just finished my customization! (Be kind pls!)

Put the 22.5" Weber back together today after my new handles came in and the paint had dried! Super excited and happy with the finished product. I wasn't sure if the handles would be stainable or not, but they are, so I'll most likely stain them a bit darker. The flat black turned out a bit more gray, but still happy with it.

That's groovy.....I thought about maybe doing one entirely black....everything, handles, whitewalls....almost like yours.....looks cool & stealthy, man !!!!

That's a really smart look there. I love the subtle approach. Well done!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I think it looks terrific, but I have been known to be partial to black kettles!

Yeah.. real nice..different.

The rustoleum black flat matte does have a grey shade to the black.

You can try the semingloss on your next paintbjob..its a truer black

Lowes may still have the 25% more free cans.. stock up on thise bonus size cans...thenhome depots around me already sold out but lowes had a few boxes left...grabbed a few

Maybe paint those ash pan supports red or yellow for a little trim flare?

I think it's sweet, man! I like the greyish tint, and toolhead is right a little accent would make the whole thing really pop.
Growing family = growing kettles!
