Easter Dinner & activities

Ham slathered in peanut oil then covered in a sweet pecan rub. Smoked using apple and pecan (my go to's)
Tapped the '70 Cado for the ham (2 hours at 350)
Did a side of cast iron potatoes on the '74 Lime drowned in butter, onions, thinly sliced garlic cloves (GoodFellas razor style) and Montana Steak seasoning
My mother and her husband came over and she made some homemade potato bread and green beans almondine which was awesome!
After dinner it was time for coloring eggs and then a good old fashioned Easter Egg hunt...
Happy Easter!

I hope you don't mind me piggybacking on your thread, didn't feel right starting a new one on easter cooking...
Dinner tonight was Angus. The rub was BBQ sauce, scotch, Montreal steak spice and a bit of Tabasco. 10 minutes a side for a nice medium-well. My wife's was on the side, she likes it rare. Turned out perfect and very tasty. For the topping I mixed up some goat feta with rosemary and basil.

Luke that beef looks and sounds tremendous. Craig I really like that last pic of yours. The look on his face won't hide the injustice!

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Thanks guys! The steaks turned out fantastic! But the credit goes to the community here and the write-ups on cook times, etc.
