last year I did that but I cut it a bit thinner, then stuffed it with cornbread dressing and rolled it, tied it up and rotisserie baked it, it was awesome.
I think people miss so much not stuffing pork loins and putting them on a rotisserie. I also like to use the meat hammer on them to get the fillet even

Picked up a new (used) kettle and roti this past weekend. I am trying this next weekend, if I can wait that long. Killer looking meal!
