1st I'd like to thank any & all who have posted their grilling techniques & recipes here !!!
I've spent so much time in the low heat end of the spectrum in the last few years that I've forgotten a lot !!!
PLUS, you all have showed off some great tips & tricks I hadn't ever seen or thought about......
Soooo, I've been feelin' so cruddy for the last two months that all I could do was go out back & "Clang A Lid"
Don't need to elaborate, I thinlk everyone hear knows that sound !!!
But, finally got nough energy up to do a quick cook....
Got some damp Stubb's & Orange tree going & had a chance to kick back in the BBQ easy chair for a bit....
Dawgs were flippin' out playing w/ their tennis balls as the weather was really nice !!
Then set up some Yukon golds on the antique rack...
Hi-heat for about 20 minutes....
Then some de-boned chix breast that the wife had marinating all day...
Got her's done, took a few taters off & slapped two more chickens on......
( action shot, slappin' 'em on ~~>)
& rummaged for some apple chunks to add in.....
set up the Tweety platter....
& done w/ black-eyed peas & quick slaw McGraw....
Thanks fer Lookin' & thanks for all you'se inspirations !!!!
