Picked up a MBH black with some help from 604

Got a message this morning from 604 that a black MBH was for sale in my area on CL.
Matt new I was looking for one of these and cudos to him for letting me have it. He had already talked to the seller and set up a time - so that no else would grab it.
 Looks more faded black as they left it outside alot[/img]
The bowl has a couple of issues I didnt notice til i got home 2 small holes at the leg sockets - which I guess is typical for the age
And a vent shot
Will clean it up later and post some more shots - Again thanks to 604

Very nice Dave! Porcelain appears to be in pretty nice shape overall as well... looks like a fun project! That should help satisfy the itis' for at least a few days

And no letter stamp on the vent? so about 78! I bet she's going to clean up real well, and if you choose to oil will come nice and black again
