Bad News first, BMan is all over the estate sales so a few weeks ago he informed me of a sale about 5 miles from my house selling a MBH Red 18.  It looked very nice and i wanted it.  There was a post on here about it in the trading Post.  Well unfortunately for me on that big day I had to go into work, I normally work out of my house so I was bummed, needless to say the sale started @ 1 PM so when I left the office @ 3 PM I was hoping but not convinced it would be there.  Sure enough it was gone, I asked what is sold for $20, it hurt worse.
To the good news Bman and G also informed me of a sale about 20 miles away.  This one had a nice looking Blue Master-touch.  When they posted the address it was right off the freeway on my way to the office.  Needless to say I found a reason to go to the office, and on this particular day I would be going in a little late. Again I work out of the home so it would have been difficult for me to just go over mid morning if it had in another area of the city it was in.
So I get there 8:55 hoping no one was camped out near the grill, it looked nice and no one was there.  The price was very fair, it came with fairly new grates, newer charcoal holders, tool holders and a condiment rack(going to make a nice home to a member of the club (Dan NY))

On to the pics she's a code P 1993 Master touch, I did a very quick clean up, the bowl had a LOT of gunk, I need to clean the triangle, tighten the pan holder and secure the legs.

right out of the van.

Cleaned up with new handles and a thermometer

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

To me, the master-touch is the ultimate grill, this is a beauty.

Nice work LB, BMan, and G!  Love to hear tales of such teamwork.

I've seen a few P code MTs, but none so lovely as this.  It looks like it was barely used!  Glad it found its way to a happy, loving home.

Well one grill gets away and another one makes its way to you. It's great that the team helps out on this site to get us grills.
But that blue master touch is beautiful!

I couldnt agree more, and the Blue MT is one of the classiest grills ever made. IMO

P.S. I am really looking forward to your care package. (more on that when it arrives)   8)
